I wanted a compact stand for my iPhone, and this fits the bill. I’m not of the generation that cannot even go for a walk without being glued to my phone, so the iPhone is on this stand on my bureau for much of the day, and at night-time. It’s the perfect size, and I can use it to support my iPad if need be.
