These lights look really great and are super clever - you put them on the tree and then use the app on your phone to "scan" where the bulbs are, so that the animated displays work properly - this is the clever bit... you don't need to worry where you put the lights to get the effects to work - it figures it out for you afterwards. I worried that 600 bulbs would be overkill, but looks great on our 6ft tree. You can also download loads of preset effects and, if you are so inclined, design your own. Yes, they are a bit expensive, but well made and I hope will last a good few years.
