I was looking for an iPad2 car holder and this one can attach the iPad very easy without fiddling with holder arms as is the case for non-magnetic holders. Interestingly, it holds the heavy iPad in place even on bumpy roads. In some previous reviews I saw that the sticky tape on the metallic plate attached to the iPad is not strong enough and comes of easily. I have not observed this after heavy use for 5 months now. Another complain I read that the iPad is shaking too much when driving to the point that it cannot be watched. Yes, the arm at which end is the magnet attached is a bit flexible leading to slight shaking movement of the iPad when on bumpy roads. However, my son has never complained about this and even I haven't noticed too strong shaking. I also like that this holder does not have any sticking bits in direction of the watcher thus making it safer in case of a frontal accident. Best holder so far. I use similar with attachment to the windscreen for my phone.
