The cover for the phone itself is fine. Nothing special. Had enough give that it will probably protect your phone from a reasonable drop into the case BUT....
The cover for the screen is useless unless you don't need to use any touch functionality in your phone. If you put the screen protector on you won't be able to use the touch screen or at least it will be so difficult to use that you'll tear it off within a few minutes.

The "glass" screen protector is actually plastic and is terrible with transferring touch commands and texting on the actual screen. I found it frustrating and not worth bothering with.

Although when I bought this product it didn't quite work as the screen protector was too thick I emailed the customer service department and had a great response they sent me another product and it works perfectly, and is great at protecting my phone, I would recommend this product and this company great team all round.

The screen protector had dust behind it within a day and the screen became almost unusable as it was so hard to press buttons. Either the glass was too thick or the adhesive wasn't good enough. Case is robust enough....but my search goes on.

Nicely designed case perfect fit & with a button feel that's on point. The 1 thing costing it a perfect 5 stars is the fact the screen protector sticks only on the edge which does cause some touch/sensitivity issues using the screen.

This is a nice case for my phone, however the glass screen protector does not seem to fully adhere to the screen requiring user to press hard for functions to work. Feels like you need to "push" the glass cover to the screen and as you let up, the glass cover rebounds back with a noticeable "click". I tried to weight down the screen cover overnight to hopefully adhere to screen, but it does not. Not sure about recommending.

I ordered this for my new Moto Edge. When it arrived the glass screen protector was unfortunately smashed and unusable. Upon contacting customer service to report this they were very helpful and replaced my order a few days later. Very pleased with that outcome.
However, the glass screen protector makes the sensitivity of the screen annoyingly unresponsive. I had to re-scan my prints for unlocking my phone (tried this a few times) and ended up discarding the protector as it rendered the fingerprint scanner virtually useless.
The case itself is pleasant to hold and gives decent grip on flat surfaces.
