I probably should have looked a little further online for a phone cover from a US-based seller than to purchase this unit from a company situated halfway around the world. This phone cover is not the anti-skid texture that I need. Furthermore, the button cutouts do not align with the Samsung A71 5G's buttons. Will not recommend this device. If I can return it to you, tell me how and I will do so.

I received my phone case only to be saddened that it was the wrong model but what happened was I have a Galaxy A715G them not realizing that the A71 is not the same case. The case is somewhat different. When I contacted them they quickly asked me to send them a picture of what I was speaking of so that they could see the difference I did so and within A-day I got a response that they're sending me a new case at no charge. Great customer service
