My phone is too heavy.

I think my phone is too heavy for this charger. Seems very durable, but unfortunately doesn't hold my phone. I have the Samsung galaxy note 20 ultra. Quite disappointed as I payed that bit more and can't use it.

Bought a couple of these now, had one that didn’t charge properly but I returned it and it was replaced and working fine. It’s quick and simple to just attach the phone to the very strong mag base. Worth noting that if you have a case it needs to be a MagSafe case otherwise there is a risk the magnet won’t hold when you go over a bump in the road.

Can’t review the vent clip as I’m not using it.
