Looks good just a bit short

Purchased a small for a Westie. On the 2nd end hole on the strap which isn’t the best as the guides don’t hold the strap in place all of the time. However if went to next size the collar might be too large and become bulky. Collar is thicker than I would usually have on a Westie, that’s required to accomodate the Apple tracker. Overall the collar is soft and looks good, just one hole too short.
