One of better cases for xz3
Good quality cover good you can use touch screen as normal used before on xz1 this type of cover not the best protection as some cases as edge with power button not really protected still a good cover not bulky like some pricey for what you are getting

Slimline case with nfc connection
Case works well but it dims the screen slightly so have to run phone on higher brightness level using more battery so shortening times between charging slightly. Selfie camera aperture in cover does not line up with the camera so can't use feature with case closed. Recommended only if you don't take selfies.

Really good case and easy to use. Only slight problem is that sometimes I have to press the phone more than once or a little bit harder, other than that it is an easy to use case that covers your phone and protects from drops.

Awesome case!
Love this case! Touching the screen through the front cover isn't as sensitive as without it of course, but it works well enough. It makes the screen look a little bit blurry but it's more than enough for things like making calls or checking messages. I would open the cover for anything else anyway.
The case looks very nice and professional too! Never seen a case that looked this good.
Not sure how much this case would protect the phone against drops, but you won't get any scratches, which is what I bought it for as I hardly ever dropped a phone before.

I see a lot of complaints about the wrong placement of the "front camera hole", which is obviously for the proximity sensor. I don't see why I'd want a hole for the front camera anyway.

It's not cheap, but for me it was definitely worth it!

It is important to know the front camera won't is covered and won't take a selfie unless you open the front flap. This can get tedious after a while. The front flap is flexible so you can. Flip it back like a book, but after a few times it begins to stay open by it self. Also, not a fan of the frosted screen, a little frost is fine, it this is heavily frosted. These are 3 moderate negative points because they affect the daily usage of the phone for me. Other than that, the build quality is superb, it feels and looks premium and best of all matches the colour perfectly. Sadly it is almost perfect... Almost.

Great product, a couple of flaws
This is a great product for the Xperia XZ3, especially if you're a stickler for keeping everything brand-consistent without buying 3rd-party products.

Setup was particularly easy and there's an app that automatically downloads and helps detect when the cover is open or closed.

There are a couple of problems with the cover though, one being that the notification light on the top left corner is obscured by the black "bezel" portion of the cover. They should have made it transparent or added a hole there for the light to shine through.

The other issue is that the front-facing camera cutout is positioned wrong, it's a bit too far to the left so you actually have to open the cover to use the camera.

Otherwise, it's a solid product. I hope Sony can learn from the mistake and not have it happen again on their future Style Covers.

Great design, with a few flaws
I was worried that my individual unit was defective but it seems others have had the same issues. This is a great cover and frosted transparent plastic screen cover, with a couple of caveats: There should have been either a hole or transparent plastic region on the upper left corner so that the notification indicator light could shine through, it's obscured through the solid black "bezel" portion of the top part of the cover.

Also, I don't know how this design flaw made it through to the production stage, but the front camera cutout is too far over to the left, about 1cm, so that you have to open the cover to use it.

Save your money
I bought this case from mobile fun. You can't enjoy the great quality of the screen resolution with flap closed. Very uncomfortable with flap open. Doesn't protect phone either. Scratched screen. Only wished OtterBox made a case for this.

Excellent case, worth the extra cost
I had just upgraded to the latest Sony XZ3 green mobile phone and wanted a case for protection. In the past I had a Samsung Galaxy 7 Edge and instead of buying the official Samsung cover, I purchased a much cheaper look-a-like version, as a result I couldn't use the phone through the flip front and it was so flimsy I dropped the phone within 2 weeks of having it and smashed the screen. Therefore this time I decided to buy the official Sony cover for my brand new green XZ3 and I am so pleased I did. The colour matches perfectly and the clear flip front is so easy to use the phone through as well as protecting the screen, it is protecting the phone really well. I shopped around and Mobile Fun was the cheapest. It was out of stock originally (as it was everywhere) but they kept me updated with progress emails. It arrived well packaged and exactly as described. Dearer than a lot of covers but in my mind, worth it. I would use MF again.

Well worth getting a genuine Sony case
This is a great case perfect for the xz3. If you want a case with stand then get the genuine Sony stand case. If your main requirement is ease of use when the case is closed and you are not fussed with a stand, then this is the one for you. It feels built to last too with nice feel. Better than getting a cheaper case that doesn't do a good job and would need replacing after a few months anyway. This one should last two years easy.
