This strap is a much better fit than the silicon/rubber straps as it fastens with velcro so that you can properly adjust it. It's less prone to getting sweaty as well
It's just a shame that the red that matches the red watch is actually on the inside of the strap and the darker part is on the outside. Minor niggle really though.
