I was very sceptical about purchasing this item as I have heard so many stories about not charging properly and not being able to use for USB. The reviews were very helpful when I was looking and I am very pleased to say the item is exactly as the charger that comes with the phone. Spent ages looking for a genuine Apple cable. So many say that they are but in reality they are not. This is a genuine cable and not surprisingly it fits really well! Does the job and ideal as a spare for the car. Would recommend, no worries

I've had three guenuine iphone wires since I bought the phone!!! The charger I received works exactly as an official iPhone charger should. I've been able to transfer data to my computer, and it chargers very quickly. Inferior versions don't have the same results. Very happy with the way it works.
